It isn’t clear what the firm is planning for its current offices.

A global professional services firm is taking up expansive new digs in northern Dallas.

Earlier this month, state filings showed Marsh McLennan, a New York City-based risk management and insurance firm, was completing a $15 million finish-out of 78,000 square feet at Three Galleria Towers in northern Dallas.

The finish out, which comprises the entirety of floors 11 through 14 at one of the buildings in Three Galleria Towers, is set to be completed by May of next year.

The filing coincides with a statement issued by Atlanta, Georgia-based Piedmont Office Realty Trust — the Three Galleria Towers landlord — announcing it had secured 93,000 square feet with a global professional services firm specializing in risk, strategy and people at the tower, which boasts 1.4 million square feet of space.

The firm announced plans for a $9 million renovation of the property in 2023.

The Three Galleria Tower lease was part of 500,000 square feet of leasing Piedmont completed in the second quarter of 2025, with 350,000 square feet related to new tenants with approximately 70% of those new tenant leases for currently vacant space.

A company spokesperson declined to comment on the identity of the tenant.

“We cannot disclose the name of the tenant other than it is a professional services company,” the spokesperson said.

They added that “Galleria Towers offers a refined workplace experience through fully transformed lounges, common areas, conference centers and event spaces and weekly curated programming.”
